  • "Caregiver" refers to family members or designated individuals who use the Service to manage care.

  • "Care Recipient" refers to the aging individual receiving care.

  2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Consent and Authorization

  1. As a Caregiver, you represent that you have proper authorization to manage care for the Care Recipient.

  2. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from the Care Recipient when required by law.

  3. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws regarding elder care, privacy, and medical information.

 

Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

  2. You acknowledge that the Service may involve the collection and storage of sensitive personal and health information.

  3. You agree to provide notice to Care Recipients about information being collected and stored in the Service.

  4. We implement reasonable security measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

  2. Impersonate any person or entity

  3. Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

  4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

  5. Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

  2. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

 

Termination
